Chocolate & Banana Overnight Oats

 Ingredients

½ Cup Rolled Oats

½ Cup Milk

½ Tsp Cinnamon Powder

½ Tsp Cacao Powder

½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

½ Tsp Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

½ Mashed Banana

1 Tsp Cacao Nibs

 

Method

  • Put all Dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Add in the milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  • Mash ½ a banana and add to the oats, mixing well.
  • Add cacao nibs on top.
  • Place in fridge overnight.
  • Serve with any extra toppings (berries, extra banana, peanut butter, nuts)
  • Enjoy!
